When we go shopping, there comes a point when we just
have to stop because we're all out of dough!
Unfortunately, when it comes to eating,
we can eat and eat and eat because whenever
we go over our Calorie Spending Limit, it
simply gets 'Charged' in the Fat Cells.
There is
a penalty, of course - which comes in the
form of weight gain. Bummers.
Rather than
Run Diet Amuck, the next time you're presented
with a Calorie Buy, before you latch onto
that goody, ask, "Does
the cost of the calories in this goody justify
its worth to my body?"
If you've
just got a case of the Snack-a-roos, then
put that goody down and go Calorie Shopping
when you're really hungry. If you're
really hungry and the goody cannot justify
the Calorie Cost, then reach for something
that can - something healthy and filling
such as a plum, an apricot or a peach.
Bank those
Calorie Costs wisely - but most importantly,
bank on your good health!
