Weight Loss Goddesses tend to like dainty things, especially when dining. Tiny little tidbits are often much more attractive than plates of loaded specials. Tiny equals gourmet. On that note, Tea Room Dieting can bring a fun element into your diet!
Tea Room Dieting is about more than cucumber sandwiches with the sides of the bread scraped off. It's about strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and it's about tiny quiches created with tasty egg-substitutes that contain only a smidgen of calories. It's about light punches created with sugar free orange soda and dashes of sherbet. It's about stalks of celery stuffed with healthy spreads of light cream cheese, crushed pineapple, chopped walnuts and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg.
So when planning out your healthy meals, try to incorporate Tea Room Dieting into your diet plan. Take time to eat so that you can enjoy your food. Put on a bit of soft music and pour your drink into a pretty wine glass. Get out the china that you'll probably never use. Light a candle. Take time to prepare your food and substitute healthy ingredients whenever possible.
The following is our rendition of an elegant Tea Room Entree. You can enjoy ALL of the following for less calories than 2 toasted fruit tarts.

Ensue the help of healthy tea for your weight loss plans. Tea is naturally calorie free, sugar free and fat free. Here is the simple diet recipe for Diet Survivor Tea from recipe box of the Weight Loss Goddess.
Ingredients: Boiling water (careful!), lemon, Splenda, rum extract and two tea bags.
How to prepare Diet Survivor Tea. Squeeze a bit of lemon into boiling water (careful!); add the two tea bags and allow to steep for about 2 minutes. Remove tea bags; add a shot of rum extract and sweeten with Splenda.
Diet Tips: #1: Splenda is a great choice of no calorie sweetener because of its staying powers amid hot temperature. Other no calorie sweeteners tend to lose their sweetening powers in heated moments.
Diet Tip #2: Grab a few packets of no calorie sweetener to take with you for those moments when the restaurant doesn't carry your preferred brand of sweetener.
