Weight Gain Caused by Illness & Hidden Conditions

Some of the more common hidden diseases and conditions contributing to weight gain include:

diabetes

hormone imbalance

abnormal thyroid

allergies

medications used for certain conditions

digestive woes

The fact that all of the above contributes to the feeling of ill-health may even escalate weight gain as we tend to search for things to comfort us when we experience ill times, such as our favorite foods. Many times, we may eat more thinking it will make us feel better.

However, the above conditions are unrelated to eating too much food - rather weight is gained due to an internal flaw or issue.

In Summary

If you experience weight gain, particularly a sudden weight gain, please see your doctor without delay.

Please meet with your personal physician to determine and/or verify the cause of weight gain.  With so many solutions available these days, weight gain is getting much easier to accomplish.
