Weight Gain Caused by Work

Overworked these days?  If so, you may be experiencing an up-rise in the numbers on the weight scales.

How Work Can Cause Weight Gain

Work allows set times for eating which aren't always in tune with our personal schedule. We don't have the option of eating later in the day because we aren't that hungry when lunch rolls around.  On the other hand, on those days when we are, we must wait until the old lunch bell rings.

Many workers eat at their desk while working, thus taking away from the dining experience.

Lunch may be hurried, thus hampering digestion.

Due to limited choices, the working individual's diet might be lacking in vital nutrients.

Many workers hit the fast food joints for lunch which tends to be light on the wallet while heavy on the calories.

In Summary

Take time out for lunch and enjoy a healthy mix of foods.  Taking a break from your work allows time to regroup your thoughts. And you'll be more likely to perform better when doing such.

The perk? Taking time away from work may help you nip weight gain in the bud.

Please meet with your personal physician to determine and/or verify the cause of weight gain.  With so many solutions available these days, weight gain is getting much easier to accomplish.
