What
is my ideal weight?
Weight charts abound
all over the Internet and we even have our own at
Thin Thin. However, the number on a recommended
weight chart might not always be the ideal weight
for you.
The most important
factor to consider when targeting the ideal weight
is the way that you feel at a certain weight. Are
you able to move around comfortably? To enjoy activities
without feeling out of breath? To fit into your
clothes comfortably? To walk a mile without feeling
overdone?
Ideal weight should
also focus on frame size, muscle mass, age and way
of life.
In short, the weight
that you feel best at is probably the ideal weight
for you.
