A healthy blood pressure
differs from individual to individual depending
upon state of health, age, weight and so forth.
The following are a few examples:

pressure reading for a young adult might be 110/75.
- a health blood
pressure reading for an older adult might be 120/80.
- a health blood
pressure reading for a senior over the age of 60
might be 130/90.
As a note, blood
pressure tends to rise with age.
