to Lose Weight
Sense of Diet Sight
Although a slice of carrot cake
may look most inviting, place a pretty red apple next
to the cake, and one can see that the apple's beauty
far outshines that tasty piece of cake.
Okay - so
you still want the cake, eh? Well, me too - but
sometimes we just can't have our cake and eat it too.
So rather
than mope about feeling deprived, let's concentrate
instead on the beautiful apple which contains 1/6 the
calories of the carrot cake.
What? That
apple is looking pretty tasty now, isn't it? Thought so. :-)
Keeping
this in mind, whenever you see something that is out
of Diet Sight, look for the beautiful things that are
totally Diet Right - such as our tasty, healthy apple.
By concentrating
on the things that we see which we CAN have, we place
a positive spin on our diet plan, thus making dieting and weight loss
a lot easier to deal with.
