of the Blood Type Diet Plan

A 1996 fad diet developed by Peter D'Adamo, author of Eat Right 4 Your Type, who
had the idea that over time dietary
requirements alter according to environmental factors.
After reviewing this
diet, Type A's might be frightened to drink milk, and Type O's running
from the wheat fields even though there's not a scarecrow in sight!
Example: Hypothyroidism is attributed to Blood Type O's inability to produce
a sufficient amount of iodine in the body. Fact: Iodine is not produced
in the body, rather an element consumed in our daily diets.
Blood Type O - D'Adamo's recommendation to O's is to get extremely physical,
consume a lot of meat - specifically RED meats, fruits and vegetables, but
avoid
grains, corn, and restrict dairy products.
