Liquid diets can be murder, literally. They tend to be hard on the digestive system and leave the dieter yearning for more all for the sake of "I'm Going to Lose Weight or Else!"

Although we cannot recommend the Slimfast Jumpstart Diet Plan, a healthy option is using their standard diet plan which incorporates healthy meals with the Slimfast Shakes.

Slimfast Jumpstart Diet Plan

1 large salad
veggies
3 Jumpstart Shakes
Unlimited Sugarfree Gelatin
Exercise 30 minutes per day.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Weigh every morning.

You may only eat what is outlined per day in the plan.  However, you may space the meals throughout the day if you wish.

Here is a day's example of the plan:

Breakfast:  1 shake + 1 fruit
Lunch: 1 shake + 1 fruit +  gelatin
Mid-Afternoon Snack: 1 veggie +  gelatin
Dinner: 1 shake + 1 large salad + 3 veggies
Snack: 1 fruit +  gelatin
