The Chocolate Diet supposedly  acts as a vitamin and nutrient replacement,
fighting against heart disease, and high blood pressure.  
Although studies indicate
that chocolate may prove beneficial to good health
- including heart-healthy benefits, the chocolate must
come in the form of DARK chocolate, a bittersweet version
of milk chocolate. Unfortunately, chocolate is very high in fat and calories.
The Chocolate Diet   (even when dark chocolate is the star) can create more health issues than not. Our
recommendation is to forget all about the fad Chocolate
Diet Plan and simply enjoy a square of dark chocolate.
You'll be blocking those free radicals in more
ways than one!
