The 7 Day Diet is a
fad diet that virtually blows up the official Food Pyramid
into tiny cinder blocks. This diet plan should not be
attempted due to the restriction of certain foods necessary
for optimum nutrition and may even prove harmful for
some individuals.
The
following information is provided for information only.
Monday: Fruity Day!
Eat as much
fruit as you wish of any fruits, except bananas.
- Tuesday:
Time to Veg Out!
Eat all of
the veggies that you wish.

- Wednesday:
A combination
of Monday & Tuesday. Eat all of the fruits and veggies that you wish,
except bananas.
- Thursday:
Going ape with Bananas!
Eat 5 bananas
and drink 5 glasses of whole milk.

- Friday
- Sunday Eat 4 ounces
of meat with unlimited green veggies.

- So
little calories, so little Diet Fun. As
a note, any weight dropped will chiefly consist
of water weight. Water weight tends to be regained
very swiftly once the individual returns to
their standard daily diet.
