Sizing Up Your Daily Diet
From little acorns mighty oaks do
grow. Quote

We all start out about the same size - give or take a few pounds. As we grow and mature, we gain
height and weight. Some of us grow faster than others. Although we start out
as little acorns, we grow into mighty oaks - some of us mightier than
others.
Once we reach adulthood and the height-factor takes a vacation (he'll return as we age so please don't feel sorry for him...). Some of us continue to grow outward rather than upward. This is due in part to taking in the amount of energy that we did during our Growing Season. It's one reason that the Overweight Factor rears its ugly head during the Stage-Twenty and again during our 'Middle Age' and 'Senior Age'.
Keep in mind that a cup of flour turns into a four-headed Yeast Beast with the addition of a single ingredient - yeast BUT it doesn't become a beast on its own. On that note, work hard to make your daily diet a healthy daily diet that will last until there's snow on the roof and a blazing fire in the furnace. Good food. Good health. Long life.
