ITEMS IN THE DIET - GO CARBS!
Dieters know that bakery items aren't the
best foods to cozy up to while trying to achieve weight
loss. High in carbs, high in fat, high in sugar content
- and high in cholesterol, bakery items can spell death
to a diet in one sweep swipe.
However, knowing dieters don't
have to totally avoid bakery goodies while dieting.
Weight loss can be achieved easily when the dieter
knows what the goody contains and takes that information
and feeds it directly into their diet plan.
Our healthier bakery choices include:
- bagels; opting for blueberry, honey oatmeal
and whole grain will up nutritional values
- wheat bread (try smearing on a bit of apple
butter)
