ITEMS IN THE DIET - GO CARBS!
Dieters know that bakery items aren't the best foods to cozy-up to while trying to achieve weight
loss. High in carbs, high in fat, high in sugar content
- and high in cholesterol, bakery items can spell death
to a diet in one sweet swipe.
However, dieters don't
have to totally avoid bakery goodies while dieting.
Weight loss can be achieved easily when the dieter
knows what the goody contains and takes that information
and feeds it directly into their diet plan.
On that note, if eliminating all bakery items from your daily diet has kept you from getting on the Weight Loss Band Wagon - hop on board!

- bagels; opting for blueberry, honey oatmeal
and whole grain bagels will increase nutritional values
