The Blood Type Diet

D'Adamo's recommendation to blood Type A's is to gravitate towards a vegetarian diet, embracing fish and chicken as well as soy and pineapple which may prove beneficial to A's.

D'Adamo's theory is that most basic foods can be implemented into the diets of blood Type B's, although the following foods should be avoided: corn, lentils, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, sesame seeds and chicken.

The rare Blood Type AB supposedly occurred as recently as 1,000 years ago after the fall of the Roman Empire as Europeans and Eastern invaders merged.

As you might guess, AB is a combo of the A and B diets, and can be a bit tricky.   Red meats should be avoided.   Food friends include: pineapple, green veggies, kelp, soy, seafood, and dairy products.

That is a capsule of the Blood Type Diet Plan, interesting although a bit too much to ...swallow.
