Thin Thin - Where Beauty is only Thin Deep
CIGARETTES & DIET - BREAKING THE CHAIN OF GOOD TO BADIn 1961 Salem promised the smoker a refreshed breath of spring- time freshness in every puff. In a Camel commercial, John Wayne claimed, "mild and good tasting pack after pack. And I know; I've been smokin 'em for 20 years". Mr. Wayne died of lung cancer 20 years later with his last commercial urging people to quit smoking. Since that era, cigarettes have been acknowledged by the public as unhealthy, as well as a factor connected to severe health issues, including death. In this new era, there is a need to change the way we think about unhealthy foods like we did with cigarettes - from healthy to bad. Just like smoking, eating an unhealthy diet - or simply eating too much, can indeed lead to an early death.
