The Big BingeWhen people diet, a term is often used to define how the failure occurred. It is called bingeing. However, bingeing occurs more frequently in non-dieters than in dieters. A non-dieter discovers something ultra tasty, then they may go on to enjoy as much of the goody as they desire. The binge may occur throughout the day, or during one sitting. Whether a binge occurs during diet OR non-diet time, there is a simple technique that we can use to help curb temptation and in turn, avoid a binge. Simply think about all the foods that you really find hard to resist and put them into a box in your mind. Next, allow room in your daily diet for those foods that might send you to Binge City without a Diet Gun. The key is to limit these tempting sensations.
