Vegetable Recipe for Dieters to Curb Cravings
Vegetables are sweet
when it comes to curbing cravings during Diet Time because they tend
to be naturally low in calories and fat. They only grow bigger
in calories when we tar and feather them in flour, then drown them in oil.
Try this tasty vegetable suggestion the next time you need to curb your cravings:
Potato Stirfry - About 120 calories
- 1 medium potato
- No-calorie cooking spray
- Salt & pepper
- Catsup
Slice potato, then 'fry' using
butter flavored cooking spray. OR shred to make hashbrowns.
Add a little diced onions and chives to liven things up.
As a note, most any
vegetable can be shredded to create a tasty, low calorie treat.
