Healthy Food Bowls
Dieters can easily make
every day as special as the holidays by implementing a few, simple
techniques. These are among
our favorite food bowls:
- Use 1/2 a hulled-out
pineapple to fill with a tropical salad mix such as ham, cheese
cubes, baby spinach, walnuts and of course pineapple.
- A small round
of bread (or a large roll) with the middle removed makes a
delicious natural bowl for that tasty serving of soup.
- Fill a small flour
taco salad shell with lettuce, chili meat, chopped tomatoes, chopped
onions and a bit of chopped avocado for a delicious, healthy Mexican
meal.
- A tiny hulled-out pumpkin
that has been thoroughly washed makes a beautiful serving bowl for
pumpkin soup or stuffing.
