Alaska Potluck Supper
- Start with our recipe for Sockeye Salmon. Spray one fillet of salmon
with no calorie cooking spray, butter flavor, then salt and pepper to your
preference. Bake until tender at 350 degrees in a preheated oven. Remove and
drain juice from salmon. Stir in 1 teaspoon of capers. Transfer about 3 ounces
of the cooked salmon to your plate. Top with caper sauce. About 200
calories. Cream Dream Shake©
Serves 3 for about 145 calories each
Indegredients for this delicious
Diet Shake:
2 cups of ice cold skimmed milk
1 cup of orange sherbet (220 calories per cup)
2 Tablespoons of mini chocolate morsels
2-4 ice cubes
1-4 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
Mint leaf, if desired
Blend all ingredients until frothy. Garnish with mint leaf. Serve immediately.
