SHERBET SLIM SHAKESMenu Suggestion: Incorporate this slim shake with this free diet menu. Arizona Gaucho Nachos - Mission tortilla chips - the round variety - about 20 chips (280 calories). Smear each chip with a mix of the following: 1/4 cup of refried beans, 1 small sauteed chopped onion, 1 Tablespoon of chili powder, one-half teaspoon of cumin (optional) and a bit of fresh chopped cilantro (optional). Sprinkle grated peel on sherbet and slowly pour in the soda just before serving. Garnish edge of glass with wedge of orange.
