ENCHANTED SHAKES
Menu Suggestion: Incorporate this slim shake with this diet recipe:
Parmesan Breadsticks - Use one biscuit that contains no more than 110 calories. Separate into two pieces of dough.
Work a couple of dashed of dried rosemary into the dough then form two long sticks.
Sprinkle with parmesan and sea salt and pop into oven at 425 degrees.
These cook quickly so watch and remove when golden brown. Serves one for about 125 calories.
Mary Ann or Ginger Slim Shake©
Serves 3 for about 155 calories each
Ingredients for this tasty Diet Shake:
2 cups of ice cold skim milk

6 gingersnaps
¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
1 cup of frozen cherries
1-3 ice cubes
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
6 Tablespoons of whipped topping
Blend all ingredients except topping until light and frothy add topping by distributing evenly serve in chilled glasses.
Diet Shake Tip:
- This shake really sets an enchanted scene while boating. Don’t trust the boy in the white sailor cap. Do look for large boats.
