CREAMY SHAKES

Menu Suggestion: Try incorporating this tasty slim shake and this diet recipe in your daily diet menu:

Sweet Georgia - Heat one cup of frozen peaches in microwave until hot.  Remove carefully; add a couple of dashes of ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of refrigerated 'I Can't Believe It's Not Butter' OR 'Parkay'.  Add Splenda to suit personal taste.  Add 2 Tablespoons of LIGHT whipped topping; sprinkle with another dash of ground cinnamon. About 100 calories.
OR this tasty diet recipe:

Tostadas - Smear 4 tostada shells with the following: 1/4 can of refried beans mixed with 1 Tablespoon of chili powder and 1/4 cup of sauteed diced onions.  Top with a salad mix of chopped lettuce, onion, tomato and one ounce of grated cheese.  Sprinkle on the salsa.  Serves one generously for about 400 calories.

One Moovalous Shake©

Serves 4 for about 120 calories each

Ingredients for this yummy Diet Shake:

 

2 cups of ice cold skimmed milk
2-4 ice cubes
1 cup of vanilla fatfree/sugarfree yogurt
1 teaspoon of REAL vanilla extract
1 can of Tropical Fruit Mix, undrained
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired

Blend all ingredients except fruit until thick and frothy.  

Add fruit to blender or mixing bowl.   Gently blend for about 2 seconds – just enough to break up the larger pieces of fruit so they will pass through a straw.  

Pour into chilled glasses.   Top with whipped topping if desired.
