CREAMY SHAKES- DIET SHAKE RECIPES

Two tasty slimming shakes - a dieter's dream!

Hurricane Hula - Enjoy 1 cup of frozen sliced peaches blended with 1 cup of skimmed milk plus 2 Tablespoons of Splenda, and 1 teaspoon of rum extract. Serves 2 for about 75 calories each.

Or this tasty recipe:

Stud Nachos - Use round corn tortilla chips that contain about 140 calories per serving.  Before topping with our Stud Nacho sauce, heat the chips in the microwave until piping hot.

Stud Nacho Sauce: 2 ounces of Velveeta cheese (80 calories per ounce), 1/2 cup skimmed milk (40 calories), 1 Tablespoon of your favorite salsa (about 10 calories), dash of chili powder, 1 Tablespoon of diced onions (optional).  Heat until creamy in the microwave, removing to stir every thirty seconds or so.  Serves one for about 270 calories.

Very Vanilly Cheesecake Shake©

Serves 10 for about 225  calories each

Ingredients for this yummy Diet Shake:
6 cups of ice cold skimmed milk

 

1 box of Jell-O Cheesecake mix
1 Tablespoon of REAL vanilla extract
4-6 ice cubes
Several packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired & for garnishing purposes
½ small container of whipped topping

Blend milk, ice cubes, vanilla, cheesecake filling mix and sweetener until thick and frothy.   Very GENTLY stir in thawed Cool Whip.

Pour into chilled glasses.   Garnish with graham cracker crust mix that has been combined with a few packets of Splenda or Equal.
