Menu Suggestion: Try incorporating this tasty slim shake and this diet recipe in your daily diet menu:

Franks & Beans - Slice one lean frank (allow 110 calories) and 'fry' in a non-stick skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray on stove top.  

Add 1/4 cup of diced onion and 1/2 cup of pinto beans or Ranch Style Beans.   Add 1 Tablespoon of catsup (optional). Top with 2 Tablespoons of grated cheese.

Stud Nachos - Use round corn tortilla chips that contain about 140 calories per serving.   Before topping with our Stud Nacho sauce, heat the chips in the microwave until piping hot.

Stud Nacho Sauce: 2 ounces of Velveeta cheese (80 calories per ounce), 1/2 cup skim milk (40 calories), 1 Tablespoon of your favorite salsa (about 10 calories), dash of chili powder, 1 Tablespoon of diced onions (optional).   Heat until creamy in the microwave, removing to stir every thirty seconds or so.   Serves one for about 270 calories.

1 ½ cup of ice cold skim milk
1-3 ice cubes
1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
