this tasty slim shake and this diet recipe in your daily diet menu:
Cheesy Chicken with
Noodles - Over 1 cup of cooked egg noodles that have been salted and
peppered, spoon on the following mix: 2 ounces of diced roasted chicken breast,
1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary, dash of garlic salt, 1/4 cup of sauteed
mushrooms, 1 ounce of Velveeta (80 calories) and 1/2 cup of skimmed milk that
has been melted together.
Serves one for about 450 calories.

Serves 2 for about 150 calories each
- Ingredients for
this Diet Friendly Shake
- 1 ½ cup of ice cold skimmed milk
- 1 Package of Sugar Babies (single serving size @ 190 calories)
- 1 Teaspoon of REAL vanilla
- 1-3 ice cubes
- 1-3 packets of Splenda or Equal if extra sweetness is desired
Blend all ingredients WELL and pour into chilled glasses. Enjoy while cold.
