A Sweet Tip for Determining Body Frame Size

How to Determine Your Body's Frame Size

Simply extend your arm and with your free hand, wrap your thumb and middle finger around the extended wrist.

If your middle finger and thumb overlap, you have a small frame.

If your middle finger and thumb touch, you have a medium frame.

If your middle finger and thumb do not meet, you have a large frame.

Keep in mind that this is merely a quick technique for determining frame size and is intended to assist dieters in determining  their recommended weight based on frame size.

For an accurate analysis of your body frame size, get with your physician.
