Diet Motivation
Once you begin your healthy diet
plan, you'll automatically be self-motivated.
Everything
is so new - so exciting, and weight loss at this moment
is very challenging - a challenge that the dieter eagerly
embraces.
However,
as hours revolve into days and as days flow into weeks,
the dieter may become bored with their healthy diet
plan. They may long to return to their former diet life
that is filled with tasty foods they enjoy - and where
there are no worries because they can enjoy as much
as they desire, when they desire.
Oh, those
good old former daily diet days. No worries at
all. Or, are there?
What about
clogged arteries? Heart woes? That ticking time bomb
of impending ill health - all serious risks that
are increased with a carefree diet of eating anything
one wants, when one wants.
But dieting
can be difficult. And it takes so long to drop
the excess weight. And then once the dieter arrives
at that magic number on the weight scales, they must
continue to monitor their daily diet - or the weight
will return at a fast pace. It's almost like it's
right behind them, running, racing - trying to catch
up with them, even after it has been dropped.
Perhaps
a better way to think of weight loss is Weight Lost.
Rather than just dropping
pounds - lose them in the Diet Woods - keep them searching,
looking and seeking in a forever-chamber, never to find
you again so that they can pack right back on.
With all this said, we realize that:
- a healthy
daily diet can be challenging
- weight
maintenance can be challenging
- but through
embracing a healthy diet and maintaining a trimmer body,
negative health risks are decreased and life span may
be greatly increased.
Sorta makes
it all worth it, doesn't it?
