Outer Thigh Exercise: Use to give the outer thigh a good workout. This thigh exercise can be done while you are 'hanging out' and relaxing. This thigh exercise delivers quick results.
Outer Thigh Press Exercise : Great for working out cellulite as well as adding strength to the upper leg area. Thrusts, wide stance squats and side lunges also work to strength the thigh area of the body.
