The South Beach Diet has been heavily touted by Big Boys 'Prevention Magazine' and given my prior experience, these folks have always been a very trustworthy source in regards to nutritional information. Though I have some Nutritional Doubts surrounding the South Beach Diet Plan, many people have achieved great Diet Success with the diet. The following is a capsule of these doubts and some information regarding the diet plan:
Wonder why it wasn't named The West Beach Diet? Or The East Beach Diet? Or the North Beach Diet? Yes, one would definitely want to go south to find a good beach. So the name of the diet is definitely a 'draw'.
The claim is that you can lose 13 pounds or more in two weeks. "Oh my, where's my over-extended credit card?"
