Here are just a few ways that Thin Lizzy cooks up something tasty, low in calories, low in fat and easy: MUSHROOM BURGER Portabella mushrooms are HUGE - but not in calories! Thin Lizzy like to use these large mushrooms in place of hamburger buns. To prepare, carefully clean mushrooms by brushing. Next, separate the cap from the stem and spray both sides with no calorie buttery cooking spray. Place on the grill OR a non stick pan. Thin Lizzy recommends using extra lean hamburger meat OR ground turkey. If you enjoy a cheeseburger, use the skimmed-milk based cheese which tends to be lower in fat and calories. LEMON PEPPER MUSHROOMS Thin Lizzy uses sliced mushrooms for this tasty recipe. Dump a couple of cups of mushrooms into a pan sprayed with non stick buttery cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and a dash of lemon pepper. Stir every now and then and cook until mushrooms are tender.
