Free Idaho Diet Menu - Total Calories 450
I-Do-Hoed Tators - Start with a medium potato. Wash, then pop into the microwave until done. Remove and top with the following: 1 slice of 70 calorie cheese, no calorie butter spray, 1 Tablespoon of light sour cream, 1 teaspoon of bacon bits, chives and chopped tomatoes (optional). About 250 calories.
Side Salad - 2 cups of the Following Mix - Field greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Serve with Ken's Walnut Raspberry Dressing OR your favorite low calorie dressing. About 100 calories.
Dessert - Orange in the Diet Rough - Half of one cooked sweet tator topped with ground cinnamon, no calorie butter, Splenda and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar. Top with 1 large marshmallow and heat in microwave until marshmallow does the Toad Puff. About 100 calories.
