Free Alaska Diet Menu - Total Calories 360Alaska Potluck Supper - Start with our recipe for Sockeye Salmon. Spray one fillet of salmon with no calorie cooking spray, butter flavor, then salt and pepper to your preference. Bake until tender at 350 degrees in a preheated oven. Remove and drain juice from salmon. Stir in 1 teaspoon of capers. Transfer about 3 ounces of the cooked salmon to your plate. Top with caper sauce. About 200 calories. 'Fried' Tundra Tators - Coat skillet thoroughly with cooking spray. Carefully slice potato into thin slices, then cook in skillet until they reach preferred doneness. Salt, pepper. Makes 2 servings for about bout 60 calories each. Big Ice Slaw - Shred wedge of cabbage and 1 carrot. Add dash of celery seed, salt and pepper. Add 1 Tablespoon of milk and 1 Teaspoon of golden raisins (optional). Add Splenda to meet personal preference. Makes 2 servings for about 50 calories each. Dessert - Frozen Tundra Berries - Enjoy 1 cup of frozen berries sprinkled with Splenda. About 50 calories.
