Chili Canoe - Spilt one roasted frank lengthwise
(we allowed 110 calories for our frank) and place into
a banana split serving dish OR a length-wise container
or bowl. Arrange franks as you would the bananas
in a banana split.
Crumble
5 tortilla chips (allow 75 calories - and you can also
use saltines or corn chips) and place them in the center
of franks. Top tortilla chips with 1/2 cup of
warm canned chili (allow 125 calories for chili). Top
with 1/4 cup of diced onions and 2 Tablespoons of grated
cheese.
Serves one
for about 375 calories.
Side
Salad - 2 cups of the Following Mix - Field
greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes.
Serve with Ken's Walnut Raspberry Dressing OR your favorite
low calorie dressing. About 100 calories.
Dessert
- Enjoy sugar free gelatin for about 10 calories
per serving.
