Franks & Beans - Slice one lean frank (allow 110 calories) and 'fry' in a non-stick skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray on stove top. Add 1/4 cup of diced onion and 1/2 cup of pinto beans or Ranch Style Beans. Add 1 Tablespoon of catsup (optional). Top with 2 Tablespoons of grated cheese.
Serves one for about 275 calories.
Side Salad - 2 cups of the Following Mix - Field greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Serve with Ken's Walnut Raspberry Dressing OR your favorite low calorie dressing. About 100 calories.
