Top one slice of bread with the following before removing from pan: 1 slice of extra lean deli ham, 1 slice of real cheese. Transfer to plate. Add lettuce, tomato and a Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper. Serves one for about 275 calories.
Side Salad - 2 cups of the Following Mix - Field greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes. Serve with Ken's Walnut Raspberry Dressing OR your favorite low calorie dressing. About 100 calories.
Dessert - The Tin Man - Toss the following in a blender: 1 cup of ice-cold skim milk, one shot of imitation rum, 1 medium-sized banana, dash of nutmeg - and only a dash and 1/2 cup of ice. Whirl. Serves two for about 90 calories each.
