Before filling pita, stir in 2 Tablespoons of light Mayo. Serves 2 for about 125 calories each.
Enjoy 1 serving of baked chips for about 110 calories.
Enjoy an assortment (about 1 cup) of the following: baby carrots, sliced cucumber, sliced radishes and broccoli trees with 1 Tablespoon of your favorite light dressing (allow 50 calories). Make enough for two; allow 125 calories per serving which includes the dressing calories.
Dessert - Enjoy 1 cup of watermelon - or your favorite melon. About 50 calories.
