Add a bit of cracked pepper, too if desired. Roast until done - or put into a 350 degree heated oven until salmon flakes. This salmon is so delicious that we didn't feel a need to cover it up with tartar sauce. Enjoy three ounces for about 175 calories each.
'Fried' Tators - Coat skillet thoroughly with cooking spray. Carefully slice potato into thin slices, then cook in skillet until they reach preferred doneness. Salt, pepper. Makes 2 servings for about bout 60 calories each. Big Ice Slaw - Shred wedge of cabbage and 1 carrot. Add dash of celery seed, salt and pepper. Add 1 Tablespoon of milk and 1 Teaspoon of golden raisins (optional). Add Splenda to meet personal preference. Makes 2 servings for about 50 calories each. Dessert - Roasted Smores - Take 1 full graham cracker (60 calories) and break it into, creating 2 crackers. Top with 1/2 Hershey milk chocolate candy bar. Roast large marshmallow over campfire and carefully transfer to rest on top of chocolate. Serves 2 for about 175 calories each.
